RPSs are compact high-tech devices that convert heat from decaying radioisotopes into a constant reliable supply of clean energy. By utilizing advanced 21st-century materials (e.g. SiC) and manufacturing technologies (additive manufacturing) combined with abundant or available radioisotopes (Sr-90, Am-241), we can scale production to meet the demand of commercial and government customers in space and terrestrial markets (remote terrestrial and maritime environments).

Stellar Nuclear is leading the design activities to tailor the RPSs to customers’ needs, build the whole supply chain, and procure separate services from its EU and USA partners.
